Le Soula Wine Supper
I was hooked with Le Soula since my first visit to the high altitude vineyards in the foothills of the Pyrénées. The sense of place these wines convey is just staggering.
Gérard Gauby, the Roussillon's most highly respected vigneron, had become aware of the potential of vineyards at higher altitude to produce wines with real finesse. In 2001 he formed a partnership with his English wine importers, Roy Richards and Mark Walford, to create Le Soula.
What wines are we drinking?
Le Soula's full range of white, red and orange wines and ... a bunch of older and hard to find vintages, all priced very keenly.
Mark Walford, founder of Le Soula, will be there to talk about the wines. You can come by for just a glass or full dinner.
What about food?
You can eat as much or as little as you would like from our brand new à la carte menu.
