Both Marcis Dzelzainis and Michael Sager have partnered not just together to open Fare Bar + Canteen and create drinks brand Destilado, a new Mezcal, but also with a number of other drinks companies and bars. Marcis has created the drinks menu for the Bassoon Bar at the well known Corinthia Hotel in Whitehall and developed the Pine Soda for his new Paradise Drinks Company. Mike has joined forces with Rupert Taylor from Uncharted Wines to provide high quality wine on tap, so low wastage and more sustainable and delicious wine that stays fresher for longer.
